The owner Todd and his project manager Ed took great care with our project from the designing phase to the installation. Ed did a wonderful job at keeping the project moving along and letting me know on a daily basis what to expect. Wood transformed a darkly lit kitchen with a double height island countertop into an outstanding showpiece. Everything was stripped to the studs, new plumbing, gas line, and wiring was installed for a new appliance layout. The old batwing-shaped island was removed, the old tile cut perfectly, and new tile laid to look like a tile "carpet". Eight can lights were removed, their holes replaced by new drywall circles and the ceiling texture matched perfectly! New modern lighting was installed above and below the upper cabinets, over the new gas cooktop, and below the base cabinets and h-u-g-e new island. Can you say 'beer pong'? The island also got a very large, yet see-thought chandelier. Granite and quartz countertops, glass mother-of-pearl backsplash. Perimeter frameless cabinets are silvery poplar; the island is a navy blue. Frameless allows 20% more usable space in drawers and behind doors. The back perimeter wall expanded 18", but the kitchen looks like it tripled in size (mainly because you can see straight across and your view isn't blocked by the old upper island countertop). We also replaced the chandelier in our adjacent Breakfast Nook and Dining Room. Now there's no more 'I can't see, it's too dark in here".Wood kept to their timeline which was only shattered by the granite people needing 3.5 weeks instead of the 7-10 days they had promised (due to outside contractors DEMANDING their dozens of orders be installed before Christmas). All other Wood subcontractors were here when promised and did their work in their expected timeframe. All cleaned up at the end of their day's task and were very professional and courteous. We would hire Wood and any of their subs, even the granite people, again.And if you'd like to personally see the work they did, contact Wood who will contact me and we'll set a date and time.My old Villages kitchen was only 8.5 years old, but the builder-grade cabinetry was delaminating and falling apart. We hired Woods to transform our living room with a fireplace, shelving, and cabinetry. The project involved relocating our laundry room, which required removing walls. We first went to Wood Kitchen and Bath back in April and sat down with Bill Tiedemann. We discussed what our vision was for a complete replacement of our Master Bath. Bill listened and designed exactly what we were looking for. The success of this project started with Bill. His design, precise measurements, and documentation was perfect. When the project started, the contractors moved along with no surprises. This was a complete tearout and replacement of what we had. Dust was held to a minimum, no complaints. The contractors were friendly and experts in what their piece was. Todd, the "tile guy" spent 2 weeks installing the Schluter®-KERDI system and tile. What an artist, the results were beautiful! The shower is a dream, zero entry sloped slightly to the Linear drain. 92" tall glass with no door tiled to the ceiling. Controls are mounted on the knee wall with 2 heads. What an amazing transformation. Bill, along with the site supervisor, Bryan Bowen, coordinated the different trades, everyone was on time and arrived when expected. This was a very professionally managed project. There is tremendous value to that! We would recommend Wood Kitchen and Bath to anyone wanting to upgrade their Bathrooms!

My husband and I are very pleased that we chose Wood Kitchen & Bath to redo our kitchen! Bill Tiedemann was our project manager who also possesses decades of remodeling skills and experience himself. He knows what it takes to provide a very close estimate and designed a creative, beautiful, and stunning solution to a certain area of our kitchen that had an odd configuration. We worked together on some wish list items such as my "I want to hide counter clutter" so he worked in a "garage", a "slide out shelf" for the toaster, a "bread" drawer, and a "cutting board" drawer that acts as our electric tea kettle stand to keep the steam and heat away from our satin-finish Shiloh shaker-style cabinets. He arranged the symphony of timing among all of the subcontractors -- plumber, countertop installer, and electrician. They were all great too. We also liked Wood's cabinet installers very much. They are highly skilled craftsmen. Like any project, some tweaks were required near the finish line, however there was never a question, just "Yes, we will take care of that." Bill was immediately responsive via text, calls, and emails. We highly recommend Wood Kitchen & Bath!

Can you say, ever, that you've had ZERO ISSUES with a contractor? We were working with another cabinet company that couldn't show us any samples but to look on line. They asked us to get them all of the dimensions/measurements. Really! We would wait and wait for information. Nothing went forward. After many months of disappointment, we knew it was not happening. We started looking. 1st stop, WOOD KITCHEN & BATH. That was the last stop too. They have samples of everything you'd need. So many good quality cabinets. So many designs and colors. Prices we could manage. We ended up needing to redo our pantry/laundry room then also. Bill Tiedemann helped us through it all and in no time we had dates for installations. He made it easy. No hassle. We left from that 1st visit relieved. Through the pandemic he kept us up to date. Always friendly, and no stress, and when we had to change ideas in the plans Bill Tiedemann made that easy too. He came and re-measured. He worked with us and explained our options. He scheduled countertops to be installed only a few days after the cabinets. Right on schedule. We can't say enough. Everything went as he said it would and when we had questions he had answers. In March of 2022 we worked with Woods Kitchen and Bath to remodel our primary bathroom. We worked specifically with Bill there and he helped us through choosing the layout, flooring, cabinets, frameless shower and tile for the shower. Woods cannot do the electrical and plumbing but they will help coordinate this services for you. Bill was talented and thoughtful although we did have to get outside opinions on our choices for cabinetry, countertops, handles for cabinets etc. Bill is an excellent kitchen designer and tremendously professional to work with. When there were delays, which cannot be avoided in this environment, Bill communicated with us and let us know far in advance. His team that appeared on site were respectful and took great care to minimize the disruption to our home. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

from the day I walked into the showroom to the finish of the bathroom remodel, I couldn't have asked for more. The tear out went smooth and the team put up protective plastic all around to reduce the dust. The team was super polite and professional, and took care not to damage anything.The installation went great. Donnie was very exact and precise in each piece of tile that the grout lines are perfect. The Quartz countertop looks fantastic and they also put the recessed lighting on a dimmer switch. The glass enclosure just finished everything off perfectly, it also has a spot free coating which was a nice bonus.You cant go wrong with this company, they keep in touch, they are professional, and the job gets done right. When you call just ask for Bill, he will take care of you.

Bid the work through 3 providers. Todd was not the least expensive but his professionalism, knowledge and grasp on our needs made him the obvious selection. From contract to final acceptance he was always available for consultation, communicated often and when there were changes required he provided clear options and best options. When we would put something that might not be realistic on the table he did not hesitate to push back. By having us pick our plumber and electrical contractor we had total control over the entire project. We are pleased beyond our expectations with the end result.

I call him a contractor because he does FAR more that just sell cabinets.He took me down to Orlando to the granite warehouses to view vast choices of spectacular granite in all price ranges. After my choice he arranged for perhaps the best granite cutters around to do my counter tops. When those tops arrived at my home, so did Todd and he stayed all day as I was out of town. He would keep me updated throughout the day. Each counter is cut without seams. It is stunning work.The cabinets that I chose and the design Todd created work perfectly.
